DISTANCE: 0.6 miles roundtrip -- you'll see my track is a mile but I did a lot of backtracking for photo
ELEVATION GAIN: 150 feet (closer to 100 likely bc I did some backtracking)
RESTROOMS: Yes, in the parking lot
DOG FRIENDLY: Yes on a leash
PERMIT: No
FEE: No
VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS: 2wd, however this is off a backcountry access road and NOT paved the entire way. Road can be in bad shape if raining or recent rain/snow, but otherwise 2wd accessible and an easy drive. You do cross a wash at the beginning so do not attempt if flooding.
TRAILHEAD COORDINATES: 37.769708, -112.333820
This is a GREAT alternative and option for Bryce-like hoodes + arches that is both dog and kid friendly. We went counter-clockwise and would recommend this way, but either way works. I've attached my track in the website with coordinates for the best arch on the trail (will require very light scrambling to access)
