  • VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS: 2wd // Cottonwood Canyon road from either Kanab or Kodachrome Basin SP is a little sandy and steep in places but should be fine for most vehicles if there hasn’t been rain (or rain is not expected)

  • TRAILHEAD COORDINATES: 37.389102, -111.849280 (South Trailhead), 37.402001, -111.847275 (North Trailhead)

You can do this hike as an out and back OR you can exit the canyon and choose to walk to road back. I prefer staying in the canyon, but either is an easy option. I park at the North Trailhead enter the canyon and hike all the way through to the South Entrance then turn around and hike the canyon again.
