Hello Mallory

If you ever find yourself in Boulder, Utah, don’t miss @hellsbackbonegrill. It’s not just a place to eat—it’s a love letter to the land. 🌿

This spot is all about community, conservation, and seriously fantastic food. They source their produce from their farm just down the road, and you can taste the love in every bite. Founded by two women who love and appreciate our public lands and a sense of community, it’s a place where great food meets deep values. It’s peaceful. It’s intentional. And it’s one of those places you won’t forget. I’ll be having dreams of the black powder biscuits until we return.

Our typical trips through this area are during the off-season (check hours because they might be closed in the dead of winter) so when we were planning a trip this April, I knew it was a priority for us to stop. I’ve heard raving reviews for years so figured it was time we tried it ourselves. Blake (one of the chefs and owners) came across my feed in the fight for our public lands and this is someplace I knew I wanted my money to support.

So, if you’re road-tripping through Southern Utah and find yourself in Boulder, stop in. Don’t worry about packing special clothes — you’ll be welcome in whatever you wear. I promise you won’t feel over or underdressed. If they’re not open on your drive, they also have @littlebonefoodtruck open for breakfast and lunch, and it’s incredible with the same values and taste. ✨
