Hello Emilie

Millaa Millaa Falls is an iconic waterfall situated in the heart of Far North Queensland's Tablelands Region. It stands a proud 18.3 metres (60 ft) tall, cascading from volcanic basalt rocks with distinctive vertical striations and giving the falls its impressive textural backdrop. The natural beauty and picturesque qualities have made this one of the most recognisable natural sites in Australia, featured in many movies, commercials and documentaries. The tranquil plunge pool at the base of the falls is perfect for swimming, allowing visitors to make a special connection with nature and making it a popular destination among international tourists.
