The Blue Lagoon is Iceland’s most iconic hot spring and it’s easy to see why. Booking the first time slot of the day is best for a quieter, more relaxing visit.

I recommend the Comfort Ticket — it gives you the full experience, and the more expensive options don’t really add much. You’ll get entry, a silica mud mask, and a free drink (smoothies included!).

For a peaceful spot, head toward the back of the lagoon and check out the wet and dry saunas.
