A waterfall known for its unique backdrop of black, hexagonal basalt columns. The hike is moderate and about 2 miles round trip, but well worth the effort. The contrast of the dark lava rock against the flowing water is stunning and totally different from the other waterfalls you’ll see in Iceland in June.
