Hotel Bristol is one of Oslo's old, fine hotels. But, for the locals it's best known for their hot chocolate and afternoon tea. The restaurant is beautiful and ornate, and they offer breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. If you want to eat, I recommend booking a table. But on a rainy day, you can drop in for the delicious hot chocolate.

If you want a fancy hotel, this is also a great choice. It's frequented by many of Norway's celebrity, like Erling Haaland.
