I'd kick off the day nice and early with breakfast right in the heart of the action. Tower & Castle serves up a solid Irish breakfast (or a lighter bite if I'm saving room for later), and the location couldn't be better – I can already see Kilkenny Castle from my table. It's the perfect fuel-up before a full day of exploring.
