The "drunken" clock is one of the highlights of Novi Sad and has its nickname from the fact that the long arm is showing the hours and the short arm is showing the minutes, not vice versa. This was done so sailors on the Danube could read the hour from far away. It's also the best viewpoint over Novi Sad.
