Antalya Clock Tower, also known as Kaleiçi Clock Tower, stands at the main entrance of the old town and is one of Antalya’s most recognizable historic landmarks.
Built during the late Ottoman period, the tower was originally part of the ancient city walls. Its stone structure and simple clock face reflect the transition between Roman, Seljuk, and Ottoman influences that shaped the city. Today, it marks the gateway between modern Antalya and the historic streets of Kaleiçi.
The area around the Clock Tower is lively, surrounded by small shops, souvenir stands, local bazaars, and traditional eateries. It’s a popular meeting point and one of the best spots to start exploring the old town. From here, you can easily walk to Hadrian’s Gate, Yivli Minaret, and the harbor.
