Hidden Gems of Madeira + 🎁

Sergio has been absolutely fantastic. We’re a group of four spending a week in Madeira with hiking as our main goal. While planning, we got a bit lost in Google and quickly realized we didn’t want the obvious, crowded spots. We were looking for places off the beaten track.

I’ve been traveling throughout Europe for a while now and always do a thorough research before going. I’ve never found such well written guide before. It’s very comprehensive and detailed. Madeira seems a bit overwhelming with all the hiking trails and Sergio’s guide explains different ones very well. It is easy to understand with pictures and recommendations. We had very ambitious plans (New Year's celebration and 3 days for hiking), which were partly disrupted by a storm.

I really appreciated all the advices regarding websites and platforms, where you can check the situation and weather conditions; it didn’t feel like we had to Google -)))

I appreciated even more that during our stay Sergio quickly answered questions and helped us to adjust the plan based on the wind direction/weather on an island.

Overall, with some adjustments, we followed the previously planned routes, and I can say they were absolutely great; we saw a lot and enjoyed the diversity of Madeira's nature, leaving hiking for the next trip!
