The Achadas da Cruz Cable Car connects Achadas da Cruz to the tranquil Fajã da Quebrada Nova in Madeira. We came at sunset when it was closed (8:00-12:00 and 1:00-6:00pm) but the views were still incredible, even treating us to a rainbow! This cable car not only offers a unique tourist experience but also serves as a vital mode of transportation for local farmers and their harvests.
