Wake up nice and early and begin one of your days with a guided tour of the Vatican. We booked a St Peters Dome Climb with The Adventure Guy and loved it!

You can choose to visit on your own, but a tour is recommended for a few reasons. It is relatively inexpensive and allows you to gain early access, skip the lines, and learn a ton about the history of the church.
