The Königstuhl is a hill in the Odenwald Mountains of Heidelberg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. With an elevation of 567.8 metres (1,863 feet) tall, it provides an awe-inspiring view of the city and Neckar River, as well as up to 50 kilometres away on clear days. Positioned near the summit are research facilities for astronomy, including the historic Landessternwart
