Just a short walk along Martis Creek Lake Road is the way this hidden gem. Not may people know about this cave. Towards the end of the road walk walk over the Martis Lake Dam and the cave is located on the south east side just above the dam. The hike is mostly flat except for a short scramble on loose gravel up to the cave. You can also park along hwy 267 at the east end of Martis Valley and hike into the cave along the east side of Martis Lake. If you go be sure to bring your camera and be sure to Pack It In and Pack It Out.
