A legendary restaurant we heartily recommend is Pandeli: located right inside the spice bazaar. Despite its location, which might seem touristy, it remains one of the most authentic places both in terms of atmosphere and cuisine. Guests will appreciate the characteristically traditional decor that features blue mosaics adorning the walls. Here, everything exudes history and tradition, the kitchen stays true to classic Turkish delicacies. Unfortunately, it closes at 7 PM as it adheres to the closing hours of the spice bazaar, so it's not suitable for dinner.
