Take a stroll along the pier to visit our iconic lighthouses, a true St. Joseph landmark right on Lake Michigan. You can explore the first floor of the Inner Lighthouse for free to learn about its history, or for a small fee, climb the stairs and ladder to the lantern room for breathtaking panoramic views. The walk out on the pier is an experience in itself, especially at sunset, and is easily accessed from the car park at Tiscornia Beach. Keep in mind there's a 48-inch height requirement to make the climb to the top.
