Francisco B. Reyes Airport is where you will land after taking a flight from Manila or Cebu. We landed from Germany in Manila and took the first available flight to Coron to start our Palawan adventure. After exiting this airport there are public shared vans that will take you to your accommodation. You have to pay an airport tax here which is somewhat weird.
