This is a great spot to camp when heading up the east coast of Victoria, in or out of NSW as it is right near the border of the two states. Genoa is a great place to base yourself from when exploring Mallacoota and nature attractions close by in Genoa. The campground sits alongside the Genoa River just off the Princes Hwy. It has lots of room for tents, caravans, camper trailers and motorhomes but no access to power. We arrived at night with a few others already at the campground and easily found the toilets. Just be warned in the morning you may wake up to a group of roosters doing their thing so bring earplugs to help with this because they didn't stop for a couple hours!
