This restaurant has a Kyrgyz name which translates to Ashlan-fu soup, the local traditional dish, which should tell you how much of a local spot this is. It's always packed, and often has a line out the door, but it's worth it.

We visited this place so many times, and can say we always had a good meal here. Plov is served until it runs out (which is usually by about 1pm) and is incredibly good. Otherwise try the laghman or the eggplant salad.

Must try: The local dish, ashlan-fu, is a cold noodle soup, consisting of two types of noodles together, rice noodles and regular wheat noodles, in a spicy vinegar based broth with meat and vegetables.
