This is literally the best beach I've ever been in Fuerteventura. The vibes are immaculate and I've had the privilege to see the green flash at sunset.
Playa de Esquinzo in Fuerteventura is a chill beach break that's pretty reliable for surfing, except in the summer when it tends to be flat. The best wind comes from the east, and it likes a mix of groundswells and windswells with a sweet spot from the west. You can catch waves breaking left and right, especially around high tide. It's not usually crowded, so you can enjoy some laid-back sessions here.
