I've hiked down to the tide pools a couple of time and it's a great spot to chillax. It’s about a 15-20 minutes descent when you hike in but when you leave it’s incline of course. The view down there is absolutely stunning. Panoramic view of Makapuu. There’s a blowholes also where you can get up close. But be careful, always safety first. When it’s low tide, the tide pool is perfect for swimming. Rocks are slippery though. For your safety, DO NOT get close to the edge. Just stay on the poolside only.
