The Hermit Trail in Glacier National Park of Canada is a challenging hike that leads to stunning alpine meadows and epic views. Located just two hours west of Banff, the trailhead is easy to find along the TransCanada Highway, about 2 km east of the Rogers Pass Discovery Center. The trail may be short, but it's steep, gaining 823 meters in elevation over 7 km roundtrip.
