The Fondazione Casa Artusi is a place where you can either have lunch or dinner, or also learn how to make traditional food. I took the 'Piadina cooking class' and it was such a funny and interesting experience.

You get your own Romagnola Nonna, that will teach you all the bits and bobs of how to make the perfect traditional Piadina Romagnola. It's super easy and doesn't require advanced cooking skills.

I also dined here after the cooking class, and you can use the Piadina you made during dinner.

Casa Artusi also is home of the first Italian who made a recipe book of the Italian Cuisine, so you know this place have some great knowledge about Italy's culinary past.
