Juliet's Balcony is one of the most popular places in Verona, attracting tourists from all over the world. From a realistic point of view, it is just a balcony and the amount of people that there are there is certainly not worth it. But I get that you'd probably would want to see it.

There's also a statue of Juliet in the courtyard, and if you touch her breast is supposed to bring you luck.

The balcony is part of Juliet's house, which is a museum you can actually visit. I didn't go in though.
