For one of the most stunning panoramic views over Andorra la Vella and the Pyrenees, make your way up to Mirador La Comella. You can take a winding 10-minute drive, but be aware that parking is very limited near the viewpoint itself, located on a sharp curve. It's best to park at the Centre Esportiu Serradells and take the short walk from there. For a more active approach, you can enjoy a rewarding 30-40 minute uphill hike from the city center to reach this spectacular vantage point.
