This is a rather new patisserie that opened in Lausanne in 2023 and it is by far my FAVOURITE in the city.

Led by Chef Thibaut Honajzer, they create edible works of art using high-quality ingredients and a passion for pastry. Their menu features rotating selections of individual pastries, shared cakes, and plated desserts made with local and sustainable ingredients. Sometimes they look too beautiful to be eaten! They also have coffees and teas on offer, but I don't think the coffee is the best. If you come here it's really for the pastries and nothing else!!!
