Just park the car in the parking that you see and enter the gate and go in to the small coffee shop to pay the hiking fee. From this point you can start your hike to the Slaves cliff (Trælanípan). Make sure to check out the huge aerial photos that they have of the view point as they give you a better understanding where you have to go.
