We actually stumbled upon 96 Coffee and Apartment through Airbnb, because they have some pretty amazing accommodations. By the time we found it, we had already booked our family house since we were all staying together, but we kept coming back for the coffee. Let me tell you, the coffee here is delicious—probably the best coffee we had in Da Nang.
What was interesting, though, is that while we were obsessed with the coffee, a lot of the locals were ordering bubble tea and all sorts of fruit teas that we hadn’t tried before. One afternoon, as the sun was setting, we decided to switch things up and ordered one of their bubble teas. Sitting by the river, sipping that tea, with the sun going down—it was such a beautiful and peaceful moment.
96 Coffee is the kind of place where you can get a real local vibe and try something you might not find back in Europe or the States. Whether it’s for the coffee or those unique teas, it’s definitely worth a visit when you’re in Da Nang!
