Groceries and dining in Banff can be pricey, especially at convenience stores or resort restaurants. If you’re driving or shuttling in from Calgary, before you head to Banff, we recommend stopping at a major grocery store like Costco, Superstore, or Safeway before heading into the mountains. We like to buy non perishable foods like granola bars, oats, jerky, snacks, and drinks.

Budget tip: Stock up on snacks, breakfast items, and picnic supplies to cut down on meal costs!
