Islay is one of the Inner Hebrides Islands in Argyll, Scotland. It is known as 'The Queen of the Hebrides' and is rich in history, wildlife and culture. You can fly to Islay but the Calmac ferry (2 hours from Kennacraig is the best bet). Accommodation is limited so do book in advance or come prepared with a camper van etc.
