Salt & Straw originally started here in Portland at their NW 23rd location and while they have expanded across the nation, they have yummy vegan flavors that are part of their classic flavors and they tend to have one or more vegan flavors on their monthly specials menu. They’re known for their out-of-the-box flavors, which makes their vegan ice cream unique. Their waffle cones are not vegan but if you want a cone, you can get a scoop on a sugar cone.
