The Sky Garden is undoubtably one of the best things to do in London. It's a public garden and viewing platform (second highest), with cafe's and and restaurants.

It has incredible 360-degree views over London, and the best part is it's free! You'll need to book a couple of weeks in advance though, as it's popular and gets booked up.
