The Musubi Truck in Koloa is a popular spot for locals and visitors alike, known for its delicious take on the traditional Hawaiian snack, musubi. This food truck serves up a variety of flavors, featuring rice and savory fillings wrapped in seaweed, making it a perfect grab-and-go option for those exploring Kauai. We highly recommend the OG and fried masubi rolls. This was the most affordable food option on the island and Jay's personal favorite.
