Welcome to one of the most iconic spots in D.C.! The Tidal Basin is a stunning reservoir where you can take a leisurely stroll along a flat, two-mile loop, with incredible views of the Jefferson, Martin Luther King Jr., and FDR memorials right from the path. It's absolutely magical in the spring when thousands of cherry trees burst into bloom, creating a breathtaking canopy of pink and white. You can even rent a paddle boat to see the monuments from a different perspective on the water.
