Where to go & what to buy

Olive Young is like if CVS and Sephora had a baby that's even prettier and more affordable. I filled two massive shopping bags worth of beauty products and only spent $170 - I had to buy an extra suitcase to get it all home. However, the stores can be pretty overwhelming: they're often packed with locals and tourists alike, and many of the labels are in Korean. (If you don't already have the Google Translate app, it's worth the download for the photo translation feature). After multiple visits, lots of online research, and asking local beauty girlies for their recs in the store, here are the products I would fly back around the world for:

  1. Vita-C Serum from Goodal

  2. Birch Juice Moisturizing Sunscreen from RoundLab

  3. PRDN Collage Masks from Medicube

  4. Folligen Thickening Serum from Dr. ForHair

  5. c-PDRN Mask from Rejuran

  6. Dive In Low Molecular Hyaluronic Acid Serum from Torriden

  7. Peach 77+ Niacin Enriched Cream from Anua
