Krossneslaug is a remote geothermal swimming pool located in the Strandir region of the Westfjords, Iceland. Nestled along the rugged coastline with stunning views of the Arctic Ocean, this hidden gem offers a truly unique and off-the-beaten-path bathing experience.

Krossneslaug sits at the edge of the North Atlantic, near the abandoned settlement of Krossnes. It is approximately 90 kilometers (56 miles) north of Hólmavík, the largest nearby town, and close to the small village of Norðurfjörður. The pool is at the very end of Route 643, a scenic but challenging coastal road that winds through steep cliffs and remote fjords. The road is gravel and often rough, making a 4x4 vehicle recommended, especially outside of summer months.
