Il Santo Bevitore has gained notoriety in the past couple of years, and with good reason. They do an excellent job at taking traditional Tuscan dishes and putting their own spin on them. Although a bit noisy at times, the atmosphere is still elegant and a bit romantic, so it’s great for a date night out or with a couple friends. They also have a fantastic wine bar directly next door, in case you want to enjoy an Aperitivo or have the party to continue after dinner.

Kacie's Recommendation: They have a wonderful selection of cured meats and cheeses, so I’d definitely start off with any of the platters. If you’re into a bit of spice, the Handmade Riccioli Pasta with ‘njuda is on point.
