Hidden down an alleyway, Trattoria 13 Gobbi has the advantage of being a bit off the beaten path and therefore less seen by passing tourists. You can expect to find Florentine regulars dining here, and while sometimes the service is slow, the prices are fair and they do an excellent job staying true to authentic Italian flavors, especially with their pastas. Tip: while in the spring/summer months they do have outdoor seating available, I’d still highly recommend sitting inside. Although being located in an alleyway has its advantages (less tourists), it does mean that the smells aren’t always great. Plus the inside décor is really unique, which adds to the experience in my opinion 😊

Kacie's Recommendation: Hands down, the “I Nostri Rigatoni”, or translated, “Our Rigatoni”. Its cheesy, tomatoey goodness had me literally licking the bowl. And yes, I actually mean, literally.
