Located in Santo Spirito (see what they did with the name there 😉) Osteria Santo Spirito is a standout amongst other restaurants in this lively historic square. Although it is always busy (you definitely need a reservation), the food does live up to the hype – for the full experience, id highly recommend grabbing a table on the terrace outside. As I mentioned, the square does become incredibly lively with a younger crowd as dinnertime comes to a close, so if that’s not quite your scene I’d suggest booking a reservation here a bit earlier in the night to avoid it.
