Popular for a reason. Shimokitazawa is packed with amazing vintage and second-hand stores ranging from low to high prices. I've bought tons of clothes, cameras and souvenirs here. Aside from shops, the area is packed with tons of cafés and cozy sidestreets. I'd recommend spending the day here.
