The omakase sushi experience I dream of. Udatsu is my number one recommendation in all of Japan. When I first went, the restaurant did not have a Michelin star but at the time of writing its quality had been honoured. Now it's more difficult to book a table but it's my highest suggestion that you try to do so. You can select an omakase for lunch or dinner, lunch being the cheaper, most budget friendly option. This spot is a true true true gem and ideal for your final night in Tokyo as an end and celebration of your trip.
