This is the best neighbourhood for going out in Tirana. It's an old communist block that is now home to many hip restaurants and bars. It's where the nightlife happens! Especially in the early hours of the night, a lot of Albanians take out their cars and drive around the blocks to present their newest features – so make sure to plan some time to just walk around and soak up the atmosphere before you sit down in one of the bars.
