This hostel is super close to the central Skanderbeg square, offers a barbecue, bar and rooftop terrace as well as a double rooms in case you don't want to sleep in a dormitory. You can rent bicycles here – a great way to explore the city. I didn't stay in this hostel but it was recommended by a friend of mine who lived in Albania.
