This small pond close to Gjirokaster is special due to its unnatural blue color. It is completely natural in its making though. Two important things:

1. You are entering a National Park, so you have to pay 100 lek entrance fee, park your car in the designated area and walk to the pond a bit.

2. Even though you might see people swimming in this pool, it's actually not allowed and can harm the delicate eco-system. Just resist the tempation and leave this natural phenomenon untouched.
