Uluwatu Temple, located on the stunning Bukit Peninsula in Bali, Indonesia, is a Balinese Hindu temple perched on a 70-meter-high cliff overlooking the sea. Dating back to the 11th century, this temple is dedicated to Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa as Rudra. Visitors can enjoy the breathtaking views and watch mischievous long-tailed macaques who are known for snatching belongings from tourists. Don't be surprised if they try to barter back stolen items for some snacks! Additionally, daily Kecak dance performances based on the Ramayana take place at sunset, providing a magical experience against the backdrop of the ocean.
