• Best for ages 4+ — the open edges, while safe (high glass walls), can scare toddlers plus little kids who don't love heights. Babies in carriers are fine.

• BOOK ONLINE in advance, especially for sunset slots. Walk-up tickets exist but you might wait 1+ hours.

• The sunset slot is THE most expensive AND the best. Worth it.

• NO bags, water bottles, phones-on-lanyards, or loose items allowed on the open-air rooftop — wind hazard. Free lockers are provided. Yes, you can take photos (but secure your phone).

• The indoor floor below the rooftop has a kid-friendly cafe with snacks, plus the famous "floating" hammock photo spot.

• If your kid is afraid of heights, the indoor 45F has the same view minus the wind.

• Stroller-friendly to the elevator; carrier or hand-walk on the rooftop itself.

• Closest station: literally Shibuya Station (it's IN the same building).
