IT🇮🇹 Il Pier 39 di San Francisco è la principale attrazione del Fisherman's Wharf. Su questo molo è stato ricostruito un tipico villaggio di pescatori ricco di attività insolite. Oltre ai numerosi negozi e ristoranti (tra cui il famoso Bubba Gump del film Forrest Gump) ci sono anche alcune giostre e un acquario in cui potrete camminare in un tunnel subacqueo mentre squali e razze vi nuotano sulla testa. Ma la ragione numero 1 che mi ha portato al Pier 39 è la popolazione di leoni marini che abita qui. Li troverete spaparanzati sulle banchine proprio in fondo al molo, sono tantissimi! ...E rumorosissimi! Consiglio una sosta, magari per pranzo.

EN🇬🇧 San Francisco's Pier 39 is the main attraction at Fisherman's Wharf. A typical fishing village full of unusual activities has been reconstructed on this wharf. Besides the many stores and restaurants (including the famous Bubba Gump from the movie Forrest Gump) there are also some rides and an aquarium where you can walk through an underwater tunnel while sharks and stingrays swim over your head. But the No. 1 reason that brought me to Pier 39 is the population of sea lions that live here. You will find them lounging on the docks right at the end of the pier, there are so many of them! ...And noisy as hell! I recommend a stop, perhaps for lunch.
