Labanoras is a traditional Lithuanian village. This village was first mentioned in 1373. It's small but you can find many original buildings left. If you will walk on Seniūnijos street, you will notice a whole sodyba aka one homestead. It has all traditional buildings, including a "fridge", a low building that is deep in the ground with only roof visible. Also if you walk on Bažnyčios street, you might notice colourful houses decorated with wooden carvings. Notice how different each house is, the traditional flower garden in front of the house and how each house and its decor is unique. That's how real Lithuanian village looks like.

In summer time you might notice little stands with berries, honey or mushrooms on the side of the road. They are organic products straight from the garden or forest collected by local people. If you want to buy it, you should go to the yard of the house nearby and search for the owners, they will be there :)
