Justa Pasta is a modern Italian restaurant in Vilnius with a twist on classic recipes. Led by Siarhiej Chamačnouski, his experience from Norway as an Executive Chef at the 3 Michelin star restaurant Maaemo has been used together with two Venezuelan chefs - Rommel and Jorge who have been in the Lithuanian culinary scene for 5 years - to formulate a unique menu that interprets classic Italian flavours and produce in an interesting manner.
